29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: a- 218- 37th, Sea Isle City NJ: On or about 05/10/16, company employees installing end frames, and other erection related activities from a prefabricated, tubular, welded framed scaffold system were exposed to falls up to and in excess of 18 feet to the ground surface below when they were not utilizing any fall protection. At the time of the worksite inspection fall protection was feasible and available at the worksite.
