29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) N. Monroe & Winchester Ave., Longport, NJ: On or about 5/9/2016, employees of JCA Carpentry were conducting framing work on a new construction three story multi-family residential structure. The workers were not using any form of fall protection and as such, were exposed to fall hazards of over 25 feet to the ground below.
