29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel. Building 49140, warehouse area; on or about 10 May 2016 and times prior thereto; the employer did not ensure that the electrical panels were readily accessible. Electrical panel labeled B had a chain and battery charging cables stored in front of the panel impeding access. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. Building 49140, warehouse area, electrical panel B; on or about 10 May 2016 and times prior thereto; the employer did not ensure that unused electrical openings were effectively closed. An energized electrical panel board had a knockout plug missing on the right hand side. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.
