29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. Building 47427, ULLS-A area: On or about 09 May 2016 and times prior thereto, emergency exits were not kept clear. A large trash can and a chair were stored in emergency exit path. This condition exposed employees to delays in exiting the building, smoke inhalation, fire, and tripping hazards.

29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective. AASF Building 47427, tool room; on or about 09 May 2016 and times prior thereto; two instances were noted where shop vacuums were missing a ground pin: a. Snap-on wet/dry shop vacuum, model YA1105 was missing a ground pin. b. Snap-on wet/dry shop vacuum, model unknown, Trak number 10936 was missing a ground pin. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.
