29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a) Jobsite located at 5000 Landis Avenue, Sea Isle City, NJ 08243: An employee was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 16 feet to the ground surface below, while performing stucco exterior installation from a pump jack scaffold that was missing end stops and a midrail/screen that extended the full distance of the walking/working surface. Condition observed on or about 05/10/16.
