29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, or receptacles had live parts normally exposed to employee contact: (a) On or about May 11, 2016 and at times prior thereto the general contractor and subcontractor employees were exposed to electrical hazards when internal wiring was exposed on outlets and a light switch which had no cover plates, while 110 volt power was applied. Drywall employees were applying drywall compound (mud) next to the outlets with hand held tools, and the Superintendent was plugging in and turning on portable lights.
