29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were attached to building surfaces: Beale Air Force Base, Army and Air Force Exchange Warehouse Building #2434, 05/05/2016; An orange extension cord was looped around the hand rails of a fixed metal stairs that led to the upper storage area. The extension cord was plugged in and energized.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: Beale Air Force Base, Army and Air Force Exchange Warehouse Building #2434, 05/05/2016: The exit routes leading to the exit door in the warehouse was blocked by stock and metal cages. The Army and Air Force Exchange Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1017273 notice number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/11/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 543 Dudley Blvd., Building 911, McClellan, CA 95652. The Army and Air Force Exchange Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 980304 notice number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/25/2014, with respect to a workplace located at Infantry Road, Building 80, Fort Hunter Liggett, CA 93928.
