29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": Building A, West Wall: On or about May 12, 2016, employees were exposed to fire hazards in the event of an emergency, in that an illuminated exit sign was not reinstalled above the doorway in the main plant where welding and cutting operations were performed.
