29 CFR 1926.454(b)(3): The employer did not ensure employee training was completed, related to the design criteria, maximum intended load-carrying capacity and intended use of the scaffold. (a) The employer was using a Hy-Brid Scissors Lift, Model HB 1030, to support the building roof from collapsing, which exposed employees working in the area to a crushing hazard.
