29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch:  a) For the facility at 11550 U.S. Hwy 41 South, Gibsonton, FL 33534, as observed on or about 05/11/2016, pedestal grinders were used with tongue guards adjusted to the fully open position which offered no protection for employees. The distance between the wheel periphery and the wheel peripheral guard was over 1/2 inch.
