29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use[ANSIZ358.1-2004]:     At the bathroom area: On or about May 11, 2016, employees were exposed to chemical splash to eyes and skin hazards when they used corrosive products such as but not limited to Spartan, Halt cleaner (quaternary ammonium chloride), Clean on the go concentrate (alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride) and Betco Best Bet (benzenesulfonic acid) during cleaning operations and there were no facilities available for quick drenching of the eyes.    NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    At the bathroom area: On or about May 11, 2016, employees were exposed to corrosive products such as but not limited to Spartan, Halt cleaner (quaternary ammonium chloride) during work areas cleaning operations and the employer did not ensure to have the product safety data sheet available at the workplace as described in their written hazard communication program procedures.       NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.
