29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: (a) Oliver Construction at 11561 Oswego Street, Commerce City, CO 80022: On and before May 12, 106, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while performing roofing work. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 20 feet while working on a two-story residential roof with a pitch of approximately 5 in 12.
