At the site near building 10, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, a temporary multi-outlet power supply box was used by having the extension cord run across the road from a generator to a supply box and subject to getting run over by vehicular traffic and forklift traffic, on or about 05/11/2016.  b. At the site, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, power was run from a generator using extension cords placed across the road to building 9 and was subject to getting run over by vehicular traffic and forklift traffic, on or about 05/11/2016.  c. At the entrance of the site, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, power was run from the temporary supply to building 9 using extension cords placed across the road and was subject to getting run over by vehicular traffic and forklift traffic, on or about 05/11/2016.
