29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) At 23344 Perdido Beach Blvd Unit 9 and 10 Orange Beach, Alabama: On or about May 11, 2016 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees working from an elevated aerial lift basket were using fall protection exposing them to fall hazard of up to 40 feet to the ground below.
