29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: On or about 05/06/2016 employees installing asphalt shingles on an residential property located at 1278 Columbia Rd in Westlake, OH, without fall protection, were exposed to a fall hazard from a height of approximately 15.5-16 feet. Jose Bruno dba Total Service Solutions Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 911142, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on September 25, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 4970 Penny Lane, North Olmstead, OH 44070.
