29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures  a)2nd North 35th Street Longport NJ (Second Floor Framing Structure): On or about 5/9/16, C.H. Fuernisen Construction, CO. employees were engaged in residential construction activities. Employees were observed nailing plywood to the framing of the roof. The workers were not protected by guard rails, PFAS, or any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard greater than 25 feet to the ground surface below.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
