29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about May 12th, 2016 and at times prior an employee was exposed to a 11 foot fall hazard while installing roofing materials on a 6/12 pitch roof without the benefit of fall protection equipment next to an unprotected edge of a residential house in the vicinity of 614 West Rosser Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.
