29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(6)(ii): The chemical manufacturer or importer did not either provide a safety data sheet (SDS) with the shipped container(s) or, send them to the distributor or employer prior to or at the time of the shipment; (a) Anadarko Petroleum Corporation @ Aggregate Recycling Facility, Fort Lupton, CO: On and prior to December 13th, 2015, the employer did not provide a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) to Mills Solids Control Consulting regarding the flammable product contained in the High Wall unit. Condition exposed employees of Mills Solids Control Consulting to a lack of information about the properties of the product such as the flammability of vapors.
