29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets: a. On the flat rooftop 41 feet wide, fall protection was not provided while employees were installing water barrier material, exposing employees to a 8-1/2 foot fall hazard, on or about 5/17/16.
