A device such as a panic bar that locks only from the outside is permitted on exit discharge doors.  (a) Exchange Storeroom Floor: Two emergency exit doors were not unlocked to prevent unobstructed exit discharge to outside of the storeroom floor.  The doors were locked utilizing dead bolt locks. Employees were exposed to possible burn and smoke inhalation related injuries.
