29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. a) Worksite, Waste Treatment Plant: Employees whose duty includes maintenance and cleaning of Screw Auger Machine/ Conveyor #3 (Model # TJ-16-K2330 Serial # T-65759) with numerous sources of energy such as electrical and mechanical were not provided with the Lockout/Tagout procedures to control hazardous energy; on or about 5/1/2016. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
