29 CFR 1910.125(c)(1)(i): Dip tank was not equipped with an automatic closing cover meeting the requirements of paragraph (f)(3) of this section: a. Power Press Area: On or about May 17, 2016, where employees were using a Safety-Kleen dip tank with Safety-Kleen Solvent (flash point 105F(40C) to clean equipment the automatic closing lid was prevented from closing by a light fixture mounted on the lid. Exposing employees to a fire and burn hazards.
