29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) On or about May 11, 2016, employees were exposed to head injuries created by employees performing residential framing activities on a roof where other employees were working below the framing activities without the benefit of protective helmets.
