29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, and an alternative fall protection plan that meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) was not developed and implemented: a) 192 Bloomfield Ave, Bloomfield, NJ: Employees were observed performing framing operations of trusses with a height of approximately 30' to the ground below with no means of fall protection in place, there-by exposing employees to fall hazards. Violation observed on or about 4/30/2016 Jay Messina was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 928507, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/01/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Hoover Way, Woodbridge, NJ 07095.
