29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Maintenance Bay, employees were exposed to injuries to eyes while working on and around flammable chemicals and the emergency drenching system was blocked by material and was not readily available. THE U.S. AIR FORCE WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 967340, CITATION 03, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 14, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT BUILDING 803, TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, CALIFORNIA 94535.
