On or about March 23, 2016, while painting gas pipes in the boiler room between 1980 S Ocean Drive and 1950 S Ocean Drive in Hallandale, FL 33009, an employee fell off from a 6-foot ladder and sustained a left knee injury. This injury resulted in a job transfer due to job restrictions which prevented the injured employee from carrying out all of the routine functions of his job. Thus, this injury met the general recording criteria, and therefore was a recordable.
