29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:       a) East and west sides of building, top plates, on or about 5-18-16:  Two employees were removing wood trusses while working/standing on the top plate of wall partitions, without fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet 4 inches.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    a) Entire jobsite, on or about 5-18-16:  One employee was working/standing on the top plate of a wall partition, without the training necessary for the employee to recognize the hazards associated with falls and his work, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 9 feet 4 inches.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
