Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.    On 5/19/2016, employees from Street Appeal, LLC were removing shingles on a roof of a two story residential building located at 402 Harby Drive, Wentzville, MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  Two employees were observed on the roof of the building, approximately seventeen feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
