29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) 1775 Taylor Drive, North Brunswick, NJ 08902:   Employees who were exposed to overhead hazards while working on the ground below roofing activities were not provided with and required to wear hard hats.  This hazard was observed on 5/19/16.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a: 1775 Taylor Drive, North Brunswick, NJ 08902:   Employees were who were engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of up to 11 feet 4 inches and were not protected by an adequate fall protection system.  This hazard was observed on 5/19/2016.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a: 1775 Taylor Drive, North Brunswick, NJ 08902:  The two aluminum extension ladders which were being used to access the roof did not extend at least three feet above the upper landing surface of the roof.    This hazard was observed on 5/19/2016.
