Employees were wearing harnesses, but were not tied off to an anchorage point. NOTE: This item was corrected during the inspection.

Employees were wearing harnesses, but were not tied off to an anchorage point. b) Residential Construction Site located at 4575 Stamm Ln, Clubhouse, in Nampa, Idaho; On or about March 29, 2016 or prior thereto: Employees performing roofing activity were wearing harnesses, but were not tied off to an anchorage point. NOTE: Abatement documentation and certification are required for this item.
