On or about May 18, 2016 and times prior thereto employees were exposed to fire life safety issues with emergency exits not installed in building work areas by employer indicating marked pathway signage to escape rooms in case of fire or emergency.

29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.    On or about May 18, 2016 and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to struck by hazards from potential flying wood, plastic and metal  debris by use of cutting equipment without safety eye wear.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident.  On or about May 18, 2016 and at times there to employees were exposed to shock hazards when working around energized equipment by not having each work area room's disconnect means clearly indicated on the electrical panel box breaker panel switches.
