29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. 14 W. Revere Pl., Ocean City, NJ: On or about 5/19/2016, an employee of JAF Construction LLC was conducting framing work on a residential structure. The employee was working from a platform secured to the forks of a JLG Sky Trak RTFL. The employee was not using any form of fall protection and was exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 20 feet to the ground below.
