29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: a) Fort Eustis AIT Barracks, Building 2308: On or about 05/19/2016, a subcontractor employee was standing on a mobile Baker scaffold that had two of four wheels that did not lock, as a result the employee was exposed to possible injuries. No abatement certification or documentation required.
