29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: a) Chip Area - On or about May 19, 2016, affected employees performing production operations in areas where energy control procedures are used were not trained in the purpose and use of the energy control procedures. Keystone Food Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1107723, citation number 1 item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 3767 Hecktown Road, Easton, PA.
