29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a. On or about May 18, 2016 and times prior thereto, employees in the Coating Dept. East Bldg. were exposed to struck-by and fire hazards when performing spray coating work in Thermal Spray Booth E001 without procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy. b. On or about May 18, 2016 and times prior thereto, employees in the Coating Dept. East Bldg. were exposed to struck-by and fire hazards when performing spray coating work in Thermal Spray Booth E002 without procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy. c. On or about May 18, 2016 and times prior thereto, employees in the Coating Dept. East Bldg. were exposed to struck-by and fire hazards when performing spray coating work in Thermal Spray Booth E054 without procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy. d. On or about May 18, 2016 and times prior thereto, employees in the Coating Dept. East Bldg. were exposed to struck-by and fire hazards when performing spray coating work in Thermal Spray Booth E055 without procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy. e.
