29 CFR 1910.265(c)(18)(i): 29 CFR 1910.265(c)(18)(i):  Construction, operation, and maintenance of conveyors were not in accordance with American National Standard B20.1-1957:      a)  Mill on or about 5/18/16:   The Ripsaw operator was exposed to an unguarded chain and sprocket that was located just below the operators work station.      b)  Mill, on or about 5/18/16:  Dowel slotted conveyor was not provided with a guard over the rotating end shaft.    c)  Mill, on or about 5/18/16:  Dowel slotted conveyor was not provided with guarding over the nip points where the belt and roller meet.      d)  Mill, on or about 5/18/16:  Second rip line conveyor belt was not provided guarding over the nip points where the belt and roller meet.    e)  Mill, on or about 5/16/16:  Crossovers were not provided where employees were stepping 3 feet over the log haul to access a work platform and stair unit.
