29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:    (a) On about 5/10/2016 - Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC), Parking Lot 7, employees involved in the set-up of manufactured homes for the Clayton Birmingham Home Show were exposed to falls from heights between approximately 11 feet and approximately 19 feet while on the roofs of manufactured homes.
