29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: (a) Prep Station: On or about May 19, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to undue stress on the respiratory and cardiovascular systems while sanding and spraying primer. Employees were required to wear negative pressure respirators with organic vapor cartridges (P100) and were not provided a medical evaluation.
