Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to electrocutionl hazards:     a) On or about 06/16/2016 at farm #1 located at 40700 Ballard Road in Myakka City, Florida,   employees who use the breaker panel are exposed to the hazard of electrocution through accidentally contacting live parts through open spaces in the breaker panel large enough for fingers to pass through.    Among other methods, feasible and acceptable method of abatements are close the unused breaker spaces.    b) On or about 06/16/2016 at farm #1 located at 40700 Ballard Road in Myakka City, Florida,   employees who use the breaker panel are exposed to the hazard of electrocution through the lack of strain relief on a flexible cord used as a substitute for permanent wiring entering the electrical panel.    Among other methods, feasible and acceptable method of abatement is to replace the flexible cord with wiring in conduit.
