29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(ii): Unstable objects were used to support scaffolds or platform units: (a) South Side of Building - On or about May 18, 2016 employees erected and were working on the 20 feet high framed scaffold. Bricks, cinder blocks and wood were used as a base to support scaffold.

Scaffold was missing the front cross bracing.
