29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) On or about May 13th, 2016 and at times prior an employee was exposed to a 13 foot fall hazard while replacing electrical equipment without the benefit of fall protection while working from a man basket of a vehicle mounted aerial lift in the vicinity of 802 Kirkwood Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota.
