29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about May 17, 2016 the employees removing widows from the upper levels of the building were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 30 feet and the employer did not ensure that a competent person inspected the jobsite to ensure hazards were eliminated or controlled. The Bill Theinert d.b.a. Theinert Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 108308, citation number 1, item number 3d and was affirmed as a final order on December 6, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 302 W Garfield Ave, Bartonville, IL 61607.
