29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) At the 1694 Rexford St., Appleton, Wisconsin jobsite; a competent person, one who was capable of identifying existing and predictable hazards and has authorization to take prompt corrective measures to eliminate them, did not conduct a jobsite inspection and require prompt corrective measures when employees of a subcontractor were exposed to fall hazards.
