29 CFR 1928.57(b)(1)(i): Power take-off shafts, including rear, mid- or side-mounted shafts, were not guarded by either a master shield, as provided in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or by other protective guarding: On or about May 24, 2016, a power take-off shaft powering a Patz 2400 Series II 950 feed mixer did not have adequate guarding to prevent employee contact with positively driven rotating members of the power drive system.
