29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a) House #1, Hallway: On or about April 18, 2016, employees were utilizing a temporary electrical pendant to provide electrical power for two extension cords, but the pendant not fastened to a fixed surface and was constructed from a knockout style metal box, which is not a proper application under the metallic outlet box's listing and labeling.
