29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas shall be posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazard. a. On or about May 24, 2016 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees were installing a water line in a trench which was in the middle of Newberry Ave. There were no signs indicating road work posted at the point of hazard, thereby exposing employees to being struck by vehicular traffic.

29 CFR 1926.651(i)(3): Sidewalks, pavements and appurtenant structure shall not be undermined unless a support system or another method of protection is provided to protect employees from the possible collapse of such structures. a. On or about May 24, 2016 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was performing water line installation in a trench, approximately five (5) feet six (6) inches and six (6) feet seven (7) inches in depth, that undermined the street, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with pavement collapse.
