29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points:  a) Storage area walkways; On or about September 19, 2016: The employer failed to ensure walkways in the storage/disassembly areas were maintained with at least 28 inches of unobstructed walkways in that some areas were reduced to 18.6 inches wide of clear walking space.  b) Warehouse walkways; On or about September 19, 2016: The employer failed to ensure the walkways in the disassembly area are maintained clear of debris since the contract with the dumpster provided was terminated allowing scrap/trash to be left in working/walking areas.
