29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): In every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial, or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design which were not supplied and securely affixed by the owner of the building, or his duly authorized agent, in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate. On or about May 24, 2016, at the National Steak and Poultry facility, employees were allowed to access and work from a ceiling floor that did not have safe load requirements approved by a building official.
