29 CFR 1910.1001(d)(2)(i): The employer did not perform initial monitoring of employees who were, or might reasonably be expected to be exposed to airborne concentrations at or above the 8-hour TWA and/or excursion limits: a). On or about 5/23/16, at the landfill located at 209 Partition Street extension, Rensselaer, NY 12144. For employees working in the landfill, moving around construction material that contain non-friable asbestos, that was dumped by a dump truck, with a bull dozer and other heavy equipment. The employer did not conduct initial monitoring.
