On or about 5/23/16, at the landfill located at 209 Partition Street extension, Rensselaer, NY 12144. For employees working in the landfill, moving around construction material that contain non-friable asbestos, that was dumped by a dump truck, with a bull dozer and other heavy equipment. The employer did not conduct initial monitoring.
