29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about February 26, 2016, at 484 Glen Terrace Trace, Grayson, Georgia: Two employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from the falling hammers, lumber, of the employees working above them when they did not use head protection while working beneath those employees. MG24 Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1068175, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 31, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 484 Napa Valley Lane, Lawrenceville, Georgia.

MG24 Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1068175, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on August 31, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 484 Napa Valley Lane, Lawrenceville, Georgia.
